So I read some reviews before I bought it; I'm tired of the low cost but the product/material was so convenient and supposedly wrinkle free. I decided to order them to grant them when in doubt; As far as I know, there are more good than bad reviews. BIG MISTAKE! When I took them out of my pocket I noticed that they were DEFINITELY NOT wrinkle free and VERY DIRTY on the inside of the fitted sheet. It almost seemed mean to me because maybe someone didn't think to check the inside and just skipped it altogether. I don't know if it was previously returned or if it came dirty from the factory (I bought new ones according to Revain but I mean, well, they were gross) anyway no thanks. So I'm sending them back as a matter of principle, without even remotely touching on the cost. In fact, shortly after receiving the sheets, I received an email from the manufacturer asking if I liked the product and telling me I could register my warranty. I immediately replied that right out of the box they were dirty and I would be sending them back. Bed Linens and More were pretty quick to respond and offered to replace them and said if I hadn't already returned them it wasn't necessary they would send a new set quickly. I definitely appreciated the quick response from the company, but it didn't fix the bad first impression. Other reviews I read here said they experienced the same thing and also had pictures of their bed sheet sets that were dirty; I should have just kept scrolling.
