It is easy to set up and run an auction for your organization. I like that it integrates with Salesforce so that I don't have to go back and forth between platforms. You also get all of the reports built in right away. As far as I know there isn't anything wrong with this software, but if I remember correctly, there used to be some glitches when you were running more than one auction at a time. If you want to do online auctions for your organization, HandsBid is definitely the way to go. They also offer additional features for those of us who use their peer to peer fundraising program called Funderdome. It makes everything about peer to peer fundraising much easier! We've been able to raise a lot of money using the Handsbids services. The benefits include being able to keep our donors informed throughout the process and it helps them feel connected to what we're doing.
