Review on VOOLTA Gravity Smart Coffee Warmer by Alicia Thomas

Update. While the customer service was fantastic (which is why I didn't give 1 star), the backup heater is useless. Barely heats up and does nothing to keep my coffee at a decent temperature. I think I warmed up my coffee in the microwave. Trust the reviews that say this heater just doesn't get hot enough. Loved this product, especially the extra disc for concave bottom coffee cups. The coffee stayed warm enough (not as hot as fresh coffee but hot enough to enjoy) and I used it for work 5 days a week. I stopped working after a month and a half. UPDATE: The seller contacted me straight away to send me a replacement, I was very impressed with their customer service and hopefully the new one will last!
