This is my third device in as many years. The only reason I bought it again was because I already had all the cables and zip ties in place. The third time - charm, as they say. So if that fails as they never last more than a year I will redo the wiring and buy a KVM from another manufacturer! They always fail the same way, mouse and keyboard won't connect. While they work, they work very well, but constantly changing them gets expensive. If a manufacturer accidentally reads this and wants me to send them a faulty module to evaluate the faulty component, I'll be happy.
