Review on 🧲 Enhanced TechMatte MagGrip Metal Plate Replacement Set for Universal Magnetic Car Mount by John Stowers

Edit: TechMatte Customer Service solved the problem by sending me different mounting plates. Rounds with yellow stickers have a stronger adhesive. Not sure how to get them on Revain or TechMatte.com. Original: This worked great on my original Pixel. I liked it and I recommended it to everyone! However, the metal plates don't stick to my Pixel 3. I follow all the instructions and the plates fit perfectly. But the round metal plate detached from the phone on the first attempt to remove the phone from the MagGrip base, i.e. the metal plate detached from the back of the phone and stayed on the base. Then I attached a rectangular panel. It lasted a day longer than the first, but then it resolved itself. I really hope that the manufacturer will fix this problem. I love this product and want to use it with my new Pixel!
