Bought one of these to try and loved it so have bought 3 more. Now I regret it. Pros: Look great. Almost the perfect size (when full it's about a full load of laundry). The wire basket portion itself is strong/sturdy. Cons: Three of my four baskets don't roll smoothly or in a straight line; When I pull them behind me they roll sideways and hit the door/panel of my new home. If I push them instead of pulling, same problem - they roll all over the place and are hard to control; a pair of wheels does not roll smoothly at all. For this price there should be no quality defects. The wheels aren't big enough to easily cross the threshold between hardwood and tile floors, so I have to lift them up when crossing. (A normal size bump, IMHO.) Inside, the metal basket is smooth; However, clothing can get caught on the outer metal where it buckles over the top wire. They are too short to easily roll around the house. I'm 5ft 7" and have to bend down to pull her along. Add to that the fact that they don't roll straight (see above), they're really hard to get on one page. The holes are big enough for small items (especially socks) to fall through. "Floor" for other items. They are not cheap and I am upset that I spent so many dollars on 4 baskets that I now don't like. live and learn They're beautiful, so I reorient them so they keep throwing blankets or something.
