Slips easily over boots. Cozy.
I live on a hill. I've broken my arm twice sliding down a hill on ice. They seemed like a great idea when I have to get out on ice and snow. I tested them on several pairs of winter boots. They are easy to use. They are close to the body. However, I hope it will be years before I have to test them on the ice. I hope that now that I have them it will be some time before the ice storms hit us again. It seems like a good idea to keep them for winter emergencies.
