So I bought this to see if it would work as a sports bra and tank top like I do Jiu-Jitsu and they can do HOT thick uniforms be. It covers important details with no issues and I don't stand a chance of being accidentally pulled or ripped off while sparring! I'm a 38DD and as soon as I tried them on I fell in love with them and ordered three more. . The bottom band stretches and conforms snugly to the body without excess movement or slippage while providing additional compression and support under the bust. I won't say the bra part is 100% impact resistant, but it provides enough support to keep girls in place while exercising without falling out or feeling uncomfortable. The shoulder straps are also perfect and thick enough to support the rest of the bra. To be honest, I could just wear them out of the house. I am very happy with this purchase and will be thrilled if others will come :) My only complaint is that I hate removable pads (why make them removable? Why is it an "advantage" that we see in bras these days ??), but it has. It's been the case with pretty much all sports bras lately, so I don't want this feature to diminish my relationship with that particular bra.
