This is a nice watch but really cheap. No matter how hard I try to adjust the watch to my wrist, the adjustment clasp won't click into place. I looked on YouTube and it really should be that easy to snap on and lock in place. But no. It won't go away. You don't need a rocket scientist to do that. I've done this before. I think I'll try to take it to a jeweler or just return it. Not happy with the quality or the time spent trying to open the clasp. Update February 22, 2021 - I had to take this to a jeweler for adjustments. The clasp didn't fit. I got home and decided the watch was still too loose on my wrist. I tried to do the adjustment again myself. Vain. The clasp did not engage or lock. I ended up going to a closer jeweler and they made adjustments. This time the watch was a perfect fit. However, this is a very cheap/Chinese watch. I made my decision and will keep it. I love that the watch face lights up when needed, and I love the fact that I don't have to pull out my phone every time I want to know what time it is.
