Let me say it's a pretty good quality. I bought the 20 liter size which is perfect for me as an extra bag/luggage on my bike - only bought it to keep clothes dry; nothing more, nothing more. I considered sending it back because: 1. the only reflective spot is the holographic small circle which is unlikely to be visible. It is located at the end of the bag, which once installed will most likely only be visible from the left or right side and not the back of the bike.2. While the straps are a plus, I would have preferred them to run in the opposite perpendicular direction to make it easier to tie to my Harley. Overall I'll probably keep one bag in case I need to add it along with my main bike luggage. (Kuryakyn Xkursion XS Cube - very nice)
