This isn't quite good enough for your daily lighting needs but it does make a really nice accent light. I think These will be going in my halloween decorations since they have a lot of orange-ish and purple accents in the colors.I will be using this in 2 pendants in the kitchen to add to the halloween vibes.I think if you want something like this for actual light to see well in you need to look at lamp shades where there is some white lite that shows through, but if you are looking for an accent light that has a stain glass effect this one will work great for you.Just my thoughts,AK
