ONLY PURCHASED - INCOMPLETE

I paid for a NEW, UNOPENED PRODUCT. I received a box that appeared to have already been opened and after removing the product from the box, some key parts were missing. Description reads: What's in the box: LCD monitor, power cord, VGA cable and audio cable. hmm ok Let's just say I had to reuse connections from my previous smaller ViewSonic monitor which I replaced with this new(?) one. Based on the biggest factor I need this monitor to work from home I don't have time to fiddle back and forth with bullshit and send back the whole box of missing parts I received to put in to draw more bullshit. SUMMARY - ATTENTION EMPTOR.
