The staff at Gatun has always been great! Great customer service skills. They provide excellent support for all our systems they help us in any way possible. Would highly recommend them, friendly office team of people who work hard as well at making sure that everything run smoothly throughout there work day. Nothing really specific, good support and customer centric products they work to make things as efficient as can be but also ensure customers receive top tier levels of assistance from technical experts available 24/7. I have worked with them in the past for my current employer. They were great to work with. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them! Nothing at this time. If you need help setting up your new system or if you're looking for someone to train on your existing system then they can do that too! We needed some assistance getting our new system set up. They helped us get everything setup and configured so we could start using it.
