I read the reviews. A review said if you have external drives plugged in, unplug them as it took 9 hours on his computer with external drives. Well I have 5 external drives connected to my computer. I didn't check Fixmestick every second but it took 2 hours to scan my computer. Few viruses were found and it took less than 1/2 hour. Didn't really look. I just ordered him to leave and then went to another room. When I came back 1/2 hour later to check out it was done. I'm very happy about that, especially since the BEST Geek Squad said that the virus protection I have on my computer can't do much. Also, Best refused to sell me virus software that would rid my computer of viruses. I will still use the Geek Team for other software issues but FixMeStick really impressed me.
