25 lumens, no. 12-15 lumens is more like it. Setup is easy. Twist the top off the glass part, turn switch to ON, align the glass tabs to the plastic slots then twist the top portion, place in the sun in a location with the most amount of daylight sun exposure for 2 to 3 days until fully charged. 5 of the 6 was just that easy. But one was very very stubborn to twist & separate the 2 portions. Tried 5x…decided to try one more time and it finally twisted off. Almost was going to call for a replacement. I have other 25 lumen outdoor pathway lights and these aren’t as bright or as tall. The design is molded plastic bands and the glass is just clear. These are 6 for $30 vs 4 for $40 (after military discount) from a big box home improvement store. Not as tall or as big. Just depends on what you prefer. I’ll report back to revise after they’ve had enough time to see how they hold up.
