Okay it's a powerful little dryer, easy to install and not part of the base so you can pop it in your suitcase and take it on holiday with the base still attached to the wall. The bad news is that the switch on the handle is positioned so that if you move your hand while drying your hair (a lot), you press the switch and the dryer turns off. In 30 years of blow drying my hair I have never had a hair dryer with this problem. You need a slide switch, or at least a switch that isn't as touch sensitive. This is the most annoying because it turns off 2-3 times every time I dry my hair.
