Review on 🧻 Tear-A-Square Paper Towels, 16 Double Rolls = 32 Regular Rolls, 3 Sheet Size Options, Quarter Size Sheets, 1 Pack (16 Count) by Syracuse Parrotte

I've been buying Brawny for many years and like this variant I ripped the square one. However, their quality suddenly becomes ridiculously poor. The rolls don't snap along the perforations like they're designed to (and have previously done) and there's little more annoying than pulling a towel from a roll on the counter, only to untwist or snap. any random place. I pay more for this brand than others and expect quality. I called Georgia Pacific (manufacturer) and emailed them as well. Eventually I received an email with case number asking for many details including UPC codes and proof of purchase which I provided in the reply email. Never got an answer. About a month later I received a call back from my previous voicemail with a different case number and was asked to call back. I called back and gave the case number exactly as they asked and again got no answer. Today, many weeks later, I received a letter in the mail with coupons for 6 free packs (I bought 16 packs) worth up to $7. And of course there isn't a 6-pack on Amazon (where I bought them) for less than $7, not to mention that my complaint about the other 10-packs of 16 rolls I originally bought isn't addressed is addressed. I would say horrible quality, absolutely non-existent customer service and ended up closing the case on their end with a coupon sent out that doesn't even refund the amount on the coupon meaning they want me to pay more money for the privilege to buy their poor quality product of terrible quality. And as a consumer, I will always leave my business to companies that show value to their customers. This company wasn't interested in the consumer experience with their product, so they were able to fix some production line bugs. Rather, they just wanted to send a standard email and a cheap generic coupon. Sorry to say Georgia Pacific (Bravnee) but Proctor and Gamble is getting my next order. Shame on you, you exploit people during a pandemic with crappy junk at inflated prices!
