This rating is for Jawzrsize, POP AND GO blue beginners. The packaging is high quality, as is Jawzrsizer(?). Comes with a clip-on plastic case and strap so you can take it with you. It's clearly marked TOP so there's no confusion about how to put it in your mouth. I started with 10 repetitions 5 times a day and gradually increased the number of repetitions. I have not felt any discomfort or negative consequences. It worked and produced results as advertised. I purchased a medium green Jawzrsize to continue with the program and I plan to continue to Elite level for maximum results. I recommend this product and program.
