I like how easy it was to use, all of our writers were able to create their own pages without having previous experience with this type of software or website management system. As well as being simple to set up there are also many modules available which gives you more flexibility over your page structure. The customer support team could have been better at responding quickly but they do always get back very promptly when we contact them through chat/email etc. You need to train new staff members who will take ownership of creating new articles /pages once deployed. New users would benefit from some training before deployment so they know what's expected of them. We needed a way to keep track of article information such as title, author & date published within one place rather than trying to find each piece of info separately online.
