I read in the reviews that the zip can break and this was my main problem when buying the product. I looked at the water bottle warranty and it said 5 years so I figured that was enough. Turns out you have to pay for the return shipping, which was about $60 (it says nothing about it on the warranty page or FAQ, you have to go through the warranty process to find out). Such an expensive cooler shouldn't break right away, and if it does, the buyer won't have to pay more than 1/4 the price for a replacement. The cooler worked well before the zipper broke but as it will one day become unusable only one star.
