This balm is fantastic. I've been using it for years because I have very dry feet and regular lotion just doesn't work. I recommend this in combination with a good foot scrub and wearing a pair of socks immediately after use for at least half an hour if not overnight. You'll notice almost instant results with this revitalizing foot balm. I do not recommend using it on other parts of the body as its consistency is very different from other body and hand lotions. It smells pleasant but not too strong of mint. I'm one of those people who doesn't wear perfume at all and for me it's a faint scent.
