Cable 5 Gb, not 18?

.yet the packaging clearly says "5Gbps max transfer rate" which is great for 1080p, but when the product description (with its clear charts) claims 18Gbps for 4K UHD then it must be give agreement between them . It appears to be a standard HDMI cable, not one rated for 4K bitrate.
