Bought this item for my 6 year old daughter for Christmas but I received the item late due to my shipping company. I won't give it to her until 01/23/2020. When she set it up to take a picture it fell out of her hands and when we took it out to take a picture again the screen went black, tried everything and it doesn't work. It's not a high-impact or soft silicone, as the company describes. Can't return it because my shipping company doesn't return items so now my camera doesn't work, again my daughter has no gift and the money is wasted. If a business reads reviews, please contact me. Don't waste your money to buy this item, it needs improvement 😥😞
