Missing seal - possible water damage
Unfortunately I know nothing about plumbing and regretted purchasing this item. It was installed by a recommended plumber who, once installed, pointed out that there was no caulk behind it to protect the wall from water damage. There are no screws holding it to the wall. This item is not recommended.
