I bought this cloth shaver in January and was very impressed with how well it worked. Flash ahead for 2 months and the razor stopped holding a charge and could only be used when connected to the network. I bought this to use as a cordless/battery free shaver as I have a shop selling clothes online. Shortly after it stopped holding a charge and I was still able to use it while plugged in, it stopped working completely. Just another piece of unused cloth razor to add to this pile. I emailed customer service and was told please edit my scathing review and I will receive a $30 Revain gift card and another razor. I edited my review even though I could only use it when it was online. Shortly thereafter, the entire shaver stopped working. I then waited patiently for my new razor/voucher. One problem: I didn't get a razor or a gift card! I feel like all the company wanted was to get rid of all the negative reviews and not worry about delivering on their promises. I emailed them again, this time with no response. To me it's not the $ but the fact that they made promises they absolutely DID NOT keep. Who knows if they'll ever make it. But if they do I will update this review. I was stuck with a broken cloth razor even after they said they would take care of it. Very disappointed! Just note that not only can this product break, but the support staff will do whatever it takes to get you to edit your review. Don't fall for their empty promises! Once your review has been processed you will be ignored and no action will be taken, including replacing the defective product. Stay away from POPCHOSE as much as possible!
