Good. All the reviews say that if you have any doubts about buying it, just take it.? Yes. Just get it. Serious. You will love it. I'm not the type of guy with infinite money but this item turned out to be a necessity in our home and I'm glad I took the risk and bought it. I live in a modest 1000 square foot house. All floors are hardwood and ceramic tile with a few small area rugs. I have long hair, a fluffy monkey friend and 3 cats. So, no matter how much I swept, vacuumed and mopped the floor, dirt and hair are always stuck to the soles of our feet the next morning. In the first 2 days of using this vacuum we ran it 5 times and had to empty the bin probably 10 times after sweeping and washing the floor a few days earlier. We now leave it running daily when we get home to make sure it doesn't get caught and eaten by a cat toy and it fills about half full each day. It amazes me how much he collects and keeps the house for us! We also keep the house cleaner and more organized for vacuum cleaner safety, so it was a win-win! No real problems. It easily goes through the entire one-story house. He never fell down the basement stairs. He's only been caught in the small bathroom door a couple of times, but he can usually get out if we leave him to his own devices. In addition, it easily copes with carpets and changes of floor. It's really easy to maintain and the roller brush is the easiest design I've ever had to clean. The tech is actually pretty cool. My ONLY complaint is the high-pitched squeak when running on its basic settings. It's quiet enough for me to get a good night's sleep when it's running, and it's certainly quieter than any other vacuum, but something about its height drowns out the sound from the TV or stereo. But I get used to it and if it gets on my nerves, I just throw it away. Cats are not fans. But they get away with it. All in all, my techie and I are very impressed and happy with our little runaway addition to the family. I don't know how I lived without her. People have even commented on how clean my floors look now. So worth the price.
