The product itself isn't garbage but the customer service. Mine unbelievably came with wrong screws so that the handle rail couldn't be attached onto the body. ( The enclosed screws are Imperial but the thread holes on the body are Metric ). I've contact with the customer service many times, told them about Imperial/Metric issue. The only reply I've got from them in the past 3 weeks was "Could you please do let me know the issue/concern?" with some kind of attitude. I'm speechless.Don't expect you can easily return it or get any support from this company. Be prepared to pair the correct screws at your local hardware store. It won't be easy because of the short screw length. I end up using screws with correct diameter plus some nylon spacers. I would never deal with this company again.Bought it from the Swagtron official website via Walmart pay btw.
