Not much to say, it connects to your phone via bluetooth and then you can connect the two way aux jack to your stereo or just plug your wired headset/headphones into the aux jack . port on the device and this essentially turns them into wireless headphones/headsets. The only thing I can say is that the headphones shouldn't be in your ears when you turn them on, as the volume that tells you they're on and plugged in is very loud and can't be changed once you start playing music/podcast/video. Audio. it uses the volume of what is connected to it.
