97 Honda Accord Replacement Radiator

97 Honda Accord, AT, A/C - Radiator as advertised and fits perfectly. Suggest to replace the old radiator as follows; 1. Drain the water from the old radiator by opening the drain cock located under the old radiator. 2. Completely remove the upper radiator hose.3. Remove the lower radiator hose from the thermostat side only. 3. Tag and disconnect the two automatic transmission coolant hoses from the fitting at the top of the transmission only. 4. Disconnect the electrical connectors for the cooling fans and remove them from the radiator brackets. 5. Remove the two top radiator brackets holding the radiator in place. 6. Remove the bracket(s) holding the AC power line and coolant reservoir next to the battery. 7. Remove the cooler by inserting the AT hoses and lower cooler hose between the AC line while pulling the cooler straight up, bending the hoses as needed. 8. Remove fan and automatic transmission hoses from old block and convert to new radiator, replace any rusty bolts. 9. Install the new lower radiator hose with a new clamp in the same place as the old one. 10. Install new cooler with new clamps on all hoses. 11. Loosen the bleed screw on top of the thermostat housing. 12. Fill the radiator with a 50/50 antifreeze solution (1/2 antifreeze + 1/2 distilled water) until the mixture comes out of the thermostat bleed screw without air.13. Install the coolant reservoir and fill it halfway, connect the hose to the radiator under the radiator cap. 14. The radiator should be filled, if not add antifreeze and reinstall the radiator cap. 15. Start the engine and allow it to warm up until the fan(s) come on while checking for leaks.
