The controls are soft but don't work well
I like the softness of the blanket but I'm completely confused by the controls. Includes 2 controllers, one for each side of the bed. Everyone works very differently. None of them ever stay the way you want them - you always have to set a timer. The other stays on for the maximum time allowed without setting a timer. Also very inconsistent - if I set one of the sides to the X hour timer, the lowest setting, it still sometimes turns itself off. Confused.
