Bought November 2021 and died July 2022. The screen flickered and then just went off. Called Zepter customer service and they said fill out a claim and they will send return instructions for the 'repair' while I'm gone god knows how long. For some reason a claim could not be submitted and they are now closed. I'll try again tomorrow morning but if I have to pay for shipping back I'll box it up because seriously it should only be $25 so you can afford to buy a new one every 7-8 months. Favorable Pos.
