TOO LOUD, TOO BIG, TOO HEAVY

This hair dryer is WAY TOO LOUD! Not usable without some sort of ear protection. Also its big, bulky, and heavy. The switches are right where your thumb holds the handle, so you could easily accidentally change your settings. The concentrator piece has big holes in it, which doesnt give a good enough pressure or airflow that i can get out of other dryers. Very disappointing purchase.
