Purchased Optoma UHD38, lamp stopped working 3 months after purchase. I contacted customer service but they only offer a 90 day warranty on their lamp. They state a lamp life of 15,000 hours but will not replace my lamp for free even if it no longer works according to their warranty policy. Unfortunately I had to pay over $150 to have the lightbulbs replaced. And as you might have guessed, the new lamp stopped working. So frustrating! There are also dead pixels! I've also seen some others complain about it. In the end I gave up Optoma and bought this projector. Great 4K picture and it's easy to see darker scenes in movies even when the lights are off. Extremely easy setup with auto focus, auto keystone correction and auto screen positioning. I love the Android TV feature. This saves me money by not having to buy a 4K flash drive for streaming applications. Just download your favorite apps from the Google Play Store. So far I love this projector. Great product for the price. I will update this review later if necessary.
