Read information about the product! These hoses come with removable valve cores. So if you have a custom wheel that needs longer valves, you can replace the included stem. For everyone else, it's mostly more of a nuance than anything else. If you're pumping up tires with a floor pump with a quick-release head, it might not be that big of a deal, but if you're using a pump that has to be screwed onto the valve (like your regular mini-pumps) then it becomes a problem. a huge PITA because if you try to twist it out there's a chance the removable valve core will get stuck in the pump and pop your tire. Unfortunately, since this is a mini-pump problem, this is more likely to occur when you're fixing an apartment down the street and don't have access to tools like needle-nosed pliers to easily fix the situation. That being said I still recommend these tubes as your main tubes as they are quite durable and I haven't had any issues with them so far (except for the valve core). Do not use them as spare tubes in your saddlebags as trying to inflate them with a roadside mini pump will cause a headache.
