This article is a good replica of an original Knoll armchair in our price range. We love it. I ordered one to see what the quality was like before we placed a larger order for a table and other chairs. The chair was delivered fairly well by Lexington Modern. The base is nicely packaged. The chair had to be wrapped the same way as it was just a light piece of bubble wrap wrapped over it. The edges of the box are a little frayed but not too noticeable and certainly not strong enough to send back. The pillow looks better in real than on the website. I just ordered the rest of the set. Thank you!
