I love these surf shorts. They fit my 19 month old very well who wears clothes from 24 months to 2-T. There are buttons on the side for waist adjustment. So if they're a bit too big, you can easily adjust the sides from the inside so they aren't visible from the outside. The color is exactly as it seems and it's really good quality.
