Do not buy under any circumstances. When we received it it was already damaged and we should have taken that as a sign. After a single use with two laundry baskets with clothes, the wheels fell off and bent beyond repair. Also, there are no wheel locks, so the laundry baskets would slide over the car, scrape it, and then roll down the street. It's not on a hill, it's just that this thing can handle a little weight. It tipped over, dropping our closed ones onto the sidewalk. He doesn't maneuver and I have a lot of bruises and cuts on my ankles trying to guide him. He couldn't hold a single case of books, probably around 50 pounds, without stooping or stooping. Even sitting without anything on it rolls. Eventually the wheels came loose (both literally and figuratively) and we attempted to purchase bolts to fix them. The wheels are really a problem and they won't stay safe. The fit is dented and permanently curved due to the very low weight. The handle creaks horribly with every lowering/raising. When I contacted Revain they wanted me to send it back, but a box of these would cost around $15 (as we threw away the one that came as we were moving). .will not make this mistake again) and receive a partial refund. I wish it was enough. But this thing complicated our entire moving process and was just awful. Spending a little more money and getting something valuable is worse than not helping.
