Review on 🪑 Serta Executive Office Chair with Lumbar Support, Ergonomic Adjustable Gaming Desk Chair, Padded Arms, Faux Leather and Mesh, Black by Mark Albright

This chair was relatively easy to assemble, took about an hour using Amazon Home Services. The chair is comfortable and reclines. However, the positive aspects do not outweigh it. Although the ad says "Serta", I have a feeling the Chinese production company only paid her for the name. Nowhere does it say that this is made by sera. The chair was delivered from China, the box was badly damaged but the parts inside were fine. The base and casters aren't polished chrome, actually not chrome at all, just cheap hard plastic. The black "plugs" on either side of the chair that hide the screws are warped and won't stay in the screw hole. Also, the finish of the product isn't perfect - the temples don't match the extensions and aren't cut properly. A few points on the back weren't carved properly so again the back and base don't line up. Looks good and is comfortable, but poor materials and manufacturing mean the product is far from desirable.
