Not a bad buy, well worth the money.
In general, all the disadvantages are covered by the quality of the matrix, a very nice picture in 4K, if you do not pay attention to some irregularities in the backlight. And do not forget that this monitor requires a modern video card that supports 4K resolution output, otherwise the monitor will not open. In full hd (1920x1080) your eyes will hurt, the monitor is sharpened specifically for 4K.
