Review on Electric Temperature Stainless Countertop BGS102S by Steve Griffin

Seemed like a good buy for the price but wish I'd spent a little more on a different brand. Seemed to work well although it turns on and off for temperature control and having more seemed to fluctuate in temperature than traditional electric burners.The reason for my poor rating was that after the first use I tried to clean it with a damp paper towel (no detergents or abrasives) and the heat setting rubbed off all the numbers!I have since Guess on both dials Definitely bad design If I didn't have to use it I would send it back am very disappointed and wouldn't recommend it.
