I like how easy it was to use, as well have all of our employees access in one place! There are times when you might get questions from an employee who has not used this platform before or if they don't understand something about your system so having live chat with someone at raven can help them out!! Also being able tp email people directly without requiring everyone else's address would be nice too though its very helpful just knowing what information others know vs needing another party involved - sometimes we need clarification but other than those things i dont dislike anything really- nothing came up where there were issues either during implementation nor after using once users started getting familiar w/it.
