Why not just use a knife? 'Cause I swear the yolk loves to cling to that knife. It makes perfect egg carvings, perfect for salads or a quick breakfast. I had it on my wish list for less than a month before deciding it was worth the money. When you eat a lot of hard-boiled eggs, it's all about the money.
