Great for mixing! - Blender
I purchased this product to make frozen cheesecake for Christmas and desserts for Thanksgiving. It worked really well with the mixture of cream cheese and condensed milk. Make sure the mixer is fully submerged in what you're mixing to avoid a mess. Cleaning was a breeze. I simply washed the rackets with detergent and rinsed them under water. The plastic didn't get dirty during use so I just wiped it down. It also keeps very well in the box that comes with it. It appears to be very well made and will be used again.
