I'm 5 9 150 and waist size 29-31 depending on the item of clothing eg jeans, stretch jeans, suit trousers, jogging trousers etc. I first ordered 3 packs of black in medium size and they fit great, I like to wear them underneath shorts for running or yoga. Medium size gives me a lot of space. I wanted to buy more so I bought 3 packs, 3 colors in a small size because I wanted them to be a little tighter like underwear to wear under jeans. I'm glad I found them, very happy with my purchase.
