These blinds are fantastic! Very easy to assemble, great quality. I have ordered 8 blinds so far and will be ordering the last 3 needed to finish each window in my home. I had an issue with one of the blinds I received earlier this week; It did not come with the equipment included in the curtain box. Revane's only solution was to return the blind man and they sent me another one. Seemingly unnecessary work for only 2 brackets and 4 screws so I emailed the manufacturer on Tuesday and explained that I needed hardware to hang the screen. Not only did the company offer to ship the equipment, I received it within 48 hours. Excellent customer service! This is one of the best companies I have dealt with in a long time. I recommend to everyone.
