More than just a toolbox insert. Didn't use the whole reel but needed something to use under my gaming gear to avoid scratching or moving the table. Easy to cut with scissors and lasts for a few months! My monitors stay in place (I don't have a wall or desk mount). The PC box does not move. I also found my mouse moves well over it and works well (although it's not a high quality mouse pad replacement). You hate it when your keyboard slips or moves out of the perfect spot, use this! This material is great for kitchen and bathroom drawers to prevent items from sliding when opening/closing. Or for those of you who like to slam things. :/
