I do not recommend them for running and certainly not for tennis. The rubber used as the outsole was of the lowest quality and the glue holding it in place had issues. After two rides totaling 19 miles, the rubber broke and started sagging. The pages started to ride up, I had to cut the rubber but the wear on the rubber was a horrible sight. That's a powerful 19-mile walk! The shoes look good, so will only be worn for garbage collection and short walks until July 11th. Update 01/23: Maybe the 20th wearing of shoes, even after cornering with arched soles when I walk, the sole of the shoe sags! My back falls out and once I put them on I have to tuck my fingers in and pull the heel of my sneakers up like pants to stay on my foot. (trash) I wish I had my money back.
