I had high hopes for this headset as my sister has an older model and loves it. The comfort is pretty good - I can't say the pad helps *how much* as it lasts about an hour or so before I want to take it off. Hooking it up was easy, but because I didn't keep it on all day. , I had to go to my phone and manually switch to the headset if I wanted to use it. The volume control on the earphones works great and I had no trouble hearing calls. The day I received it, I was talking to a friend on the phone or saying the sound quality is better than my AirPods Pro. Last week, having only been up and running for about a month, a co-worker told me that I sounded very low and was having trouble hearing. It's with a microphone right next to my mouth. Then my siblings (5 of them) said the same thing on the zoom phone. So it was good while it lasted, but now it's a waste of money. The 30-day return period expires the day after tomorrow and I no longer have the package. I think I'll go back to AirPods (which irritate my ears).
