It's easy to use, it has a lot of features, and it allows you to customize everything. The customer support is also very helpful, especially when I have questions about how to set up certain things or troubleshooting issues. For example, it took me awhile to figure out how to do something so I called them. They were able to help me with my problem right over the phone! There are definitely better options for other types of businesses but this one works great for us. We can track our sales and inventory as well as customers.
