If you need to wear a carpal tunnel brace, buy one! I bought one of these from a local pharmacy a few years ago and wore it for a while and then she didn't need it anymore. A few years later, CT returned with a vengeance. I brought another brand from my doctor's office that was ugly, bulky and uncomfortable. The velcro caught on it and ripped everything I touched! I went to Revain and found her again and there is no comparison. For the price the best there is! Highly recommended.
